1/3 cup uncooked quinoa
1/3 cup powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 cups fresh broccoli florets (1 small head of broccoli)
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
